Mr. Pichai Naripthaphan, Minister of Commerce and Chairman of the Executive Committee on the Resolution of Foreign Products and Businesses that Violate the Law, chaired the 5th meeting of the committee (3/2025). The meeting ordered relevant agencies to be strict with substandard imported products, nominee business practices, illegal sales of foreign products both online and offline, and to promote the use of Thai labor and domestic raw materials, while pushing for the private sector to fully utilize the FTA.
